  Today in Junior Celebration assembly we celebrated free readers, top MTC scorers, scientists and kind litter pickers! Well done everyone!

  

• Cinema legend event

  On Thursday, Mrs Lewis held a lovely legend event for the legends from T6 last year (and we are looking forward to the legend event for the legends from T1 later this term). The children enjoyed a cinema experience, complete with cuddly toys, blankets and popcorn. Well done everyone for your hard work demonstrating the school values, and thank you to Mrs Lewis for making it such a fun event.

  

• Junior whole school dance

  On Tuesday, Mrs Offler taught the whole school a dance to the song 'Shivers' by Ed Sheeren. We had so much fun dancing altogether and learning new moves, and year 6 sang for us :-)

  

• 'Open the book' Junior Collective Worship

  Here are some photos from our Open the Book Collective Worship, retelling the story of the Good Samaritan. Our visitors kindly performed their version of 'The Kindest Stranger' with help from the Juniors both acting and reading parts of the story out.
