My name is Sally Mitchell.

My role is to provide or find support for children and their families who have health needs of an either physical or psychological nature.

I also:

• visit schools to weigh and measure children;

• teach whole classes on health related matters;

• see children on a one to one basis with consent from the main carer;

• support teachers to support children with medical needs whilst at school

I work in several primary schools and secondary schools in Bath and North East Somerset.

My work is confidential and information will not be shared unless there is consent or safeguarding concerns. I am a Specialist Community Public Health nurse and have links to many other teams that may be able to help if I cannot. If you feel I can help please contact me on any of the numbers below.
