Advent is one of my favourite times of the year with Christmas plays, fairs, jumpers and of course the infant stable trail. Speaking of the trail, we are short of volunteers. Looking ahead to 2023, after our recent good OFSTED inspections for both schools, our attention now turns towards SIAMS. The SIAMS inspection ‘focuses on the impact of the church school’s Christian vision  on pupils and adults’. As a foundation governor team we have been looking at the Christian distinctiveness of our school. Reflecting on questions such as ‘Who we are as a school?’ ‘What is special or particular about St Saviour’s schools?’ We always value your feedback as to how the governing body can ensure our school is supporting the families whilst upholding our Christian values within the community.
