Over the last year, the new National Curriculum has brought a different view to learning. With a focus on mastery for all and extension through work at greater depth, this is also making different demands on the approaches to teaching that are appropriate to its delivery.

Consequently, in September, we will be teaching to whole classes in English and Maths and not in the set groups as we have done up to now.

 

At the same time, we will still making the most of other opportunities for classes to work together and children to experience a variety of working collaborations across their year group.
