In Zephaniah Class we have been looking at the book ‘The White Giraffe’  by Lauren St John in our guided reading sessions. We have learnt new vocabulary, written some wonderful descriptions and answered some comprehension questions. Today, we thought we’d read our latest chapter outside!

Lyra said ‘I really like the story because it is mysterious and every time we stop, I just want to read on!’

Toby said ‘It is really interesting as I have no idea what could happen next!’

Daniel said ‘it is an action packed story with great description - I feel like I am in South Africa with Martine!’
