Weekly roundup Juniors

Dear Parents and Carers,

Weekly Roundup - Junior School

We’ve been busy this week.

Help with Spring Clean!

Danielle Ross, Co Chair of Governors at St Saviour’s Schools, has been working hard to co-ordinate our Spring Clean! Thank you so much to everyone who has kindly volunteered their time and help, and to Danielle for organising everything. Our first project will be taking place in the Junior school hall: we are looking at re-painting to help section the space and bring it to life! There are several meetings scheduled, including this Saturday. If this is something you would like to help with, please contact Danielle Ross (Danielle.ross@stsaviours.bwmat.org). We are looking forward to sharing pictures with you in the coming weeks.

Year 5 rugby

Khalo class have had a brilliant time playing tag Rugby with Andy Parry, an Avon Rugby coach who volunteers at the Juniors. They have been developing their rugby skills.

Isla said, “Even though we had our ups and downs, Andy still encouraged us to do our best.”

Ralph said, “It was quite and Andy is really good at giving us tips and helping us improve.”

Freddie said, “I really like how I got things wrong because Andy made me make my mistakes into playing rugby the right way.”
